Taylor Swift has joined the list of celebs and entertainers to deliver a staggering speech for the student graduating class of 2020. Taylor delivers an inspiring message during Youtube’s “Dear Class of 2020” livestream. On Sunday, June 7th, the Popstar took the time to send her heartiest congratulations to all of the graduates during this year.

With the ongoing pandemic, students graduating this year will have to graduate with a less than optimal situation.

“I know this probably isn’t the kind of graduation you thought you were going to be having, I relate to that in a lot of ways,” Swift said.

“When I was younger, I used to fantasize about high school graduation and being with all of your friends and cap and gown and the whole thing,” she shared. “When I got to that point in my life, when graduation was coming up, I found myself on tour with my mom on rental cars, sitting on the floor of airport rugs and I ended up getting mailed my diploma.”

In other news, the former President and the First Lady of the United States inspired students to a new high. The highly loved couple in a pre-recorded speech deliver a powerful message to students all over the world.

“It’s a huge day for all of you,” Michelle said. “We couldn’t be more excited to be celebrating with you today. Now while you might not get the experience of sweating under your cap and gown under the hot sun, get embarrassed by your family yelling out your name when you walk across the stage, you still have all those people with you today.”

Both speeches were well praised and rightfully delivered the jolt needed for the students who graduated during a tough times that can be deemed as “extremely consequential”.
